Dr. Elizabeth Livengood

Hamilton Elementary Clinic

Sonoran University of Health Sciences alumna, Dr. Elizabeth Livengood, MA Ed, NMD, Supervising Clinician at Hamilton Community Clinic. She was drawn to community health because, “As a youth, I had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage in Mexico and was instantly hooked on the satisfaction of sharing resources to help others while learning more about other cultures and languages. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to join Medical Mission trips in the Yucatan peninsula and Thailand. I’m grateful now to be able to work in a community clinic on a regular basis within a short drive from home!” Dr. Livengood sees the positive impact the clinic at Hamilton makes every day: “The best part of working in a community clinic is receiving smiles and words of gratitude from our patients. We get really great results with things like anemia, diabetes, hypertension, acute illnesses and chronic pain using naturopathic principles and our donated supplies.”
