Sonoran University of Health Sciences Community Clinic patient Christy told us how her life has changed for the better since receiving treatment at the Changing Lives Center. When Christy came in she was suffering with chronic pain that was so bad she needed a walker. She stated that she “would have been in a wheelchair within a year for sure.” By using natural pain relief treatments, Sonoran University of Health Sciences clinicians were able to help Christy get back to walking normally without pain.
Because she is a recovering addict, Christy was concerned about any use of pain pills, but she told us “the doctors have saved me from that.” Christy is happy that natural treatments have kept her away from surgery and opioids and on the road to recovery.
