Sage Foundation for Health funds community clinics across Maricopa County, providing accessible, compassionate care to those who need it most. Our clinics are staffed by licensed faculty physicians and advanced medical students from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, expanding access to care while training the next generation of healthcare providers.

Three of Sage Foundation’s community clinics, Roosevelt Health Center, Hamilton Elementary Clinic, and Tempe Elementary Clinic, are located in school districts where most families live below the poverty line. For many, routine doctor visits are simply unaffordable. By bringing healthcare directly into schools, we remove barriers and ensure students—and their families—can access care without missing class or work.
